The exterior main elements such as exterior walls are composed by a sun-deflecting façade protecting the building from excessive solar heat gain and with very low heat transfer coefficient value, and double glazed windows with a low solar energy transmittance coefficient.

A highly efficient heat exchanger that enables heat and humidity recovery through the air handling unit and high efficiency chillers connected to the automation system form the main energy systems.

Since its officially opening, the Green Towers are exceeding the real estate competitions and have already received the award for the best new office building in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) sector in 2013, the title of “Real Green Building of the Year” at CEE Quality Awards 2013 (CEEQA), and designated as the safest construction site in Lower Silesia in the competition “Build Safely”, organized by the National Labour Inspectorate.
